Cathie Ross, team leader, has amassed a comprehensive list of individuals and companies who can help assess the needs and modify and find a home for those with physical challenges. Her many years in finance have given her invaluable contacts in construction and real estate.

Each project is approached with respect for the individual and her or his personal challenges. Decision-making is collective involving the medical community, the family and the individual.

If a home cannot be modified, a list of homes in the desired area is provided. This includes only those that can handle universal design.
